How can I cancel an order?
To cancel your order please contact IYNF secretariat (iynf@iynf.org). We will normally be able to help you with cancellation unless your order has already been dispatched. If this is the case, you can send it back paying only the shipment.
What can I do if I don't like the received product?
If it's not used or damaged you can send us the product back within 30 days of placing your order and we will refund your money. You only pay for the return shipment.
How do I know you have received the money?
After you pay, PayPal informs you whether the transaction has been successful. Once we have received the money we will dispatch the goods and send you an email.
When can I expect receiving the delivery?
We do our best to execute all orders within 5 working days. Adding the shipping time, you can expect your delivery within one or two weeks. Please try to be patient, we are primarily a non-profit NGO and selling goods online is one of our many activities.
Do you share my personal information?
IYNF is committed to protecting your information. We will only ask for the information necessary to process your order (name, shipping address and e-mail address) and will not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. The information you provide is used for processing and fulfilling your order and contacting you should any problems processing your order arise.
Is it safe to order products online using my credit card or checking
information?
When you make a purchase online, be sure to look for the little lock icon on the bottom of your web browser to make sure that you personal information will be protected by secure encryption when it is sent over the internet. You can also check on this by holding your cursor over the web page in question, clicking the right button on your mouse, and selecting "Properties". Then look to see that the web address shown starts with "https", where the 's' denotes a secure web server.
I have issues completing the payment on PayPal!
Please make sure your credit/debit card is unlocked for internet transaction. Contact your bank/card issuer to find out. If this is not the problem, please consult PayPal to resolve your payment issue. Alternatively, you can make the payment by wireless bank transfer. Please email us your order at iynf@iyng.org for instructions.
